But in 2007 Vanessa Hudgen’s previously squeaky clean image was irrevocably changed by the release of saucy pictures which were leaked to an internet site.

Following the scandal, in September 2007, the starlet said she was sorry and issued a statement for her followers saying: “I want to apologize to my fans, whose support and trust means the world to me. I am embarrassed over this situation and regret having ever taken these photos."
And while the revelations may have shocked parents of her young admirers, they are also believed to have won the actress a whole new army of fans, very different from the young followers of the High School Musical series.
